Marianne Galaris grew up in Tarpon Springs and is a University of Tampa graduate who majored in the study of Writing. She has applied her skills in both career and recreational purposes, in which she was published as a featured writer for UT's "Minaret," served as an editor for a global media company, and found enjoyment covering local news events for the Carrollwood Cultural Center. Her passion for storytelling is rivaled only by her love for music, as she has recorded and performed original songs around the Tampa Bay Area for many years. She plans on traveling the world to further inspire her creative works and immerse herself in foreign cultures.
