Coastal Caisson Corp. was founded in 1972 and successfully operated out of Clearwater, Florida to serve the southeastern U.S. deep foundation markets for many years. It relocated in 2010 to new expanded campus facilities in Odessa, just north of Tampa. Coastal Caisson Corp. provides deep foundation services for the construction industry, using the most up-to-date equipment and installation techniques. Coastal Caisson Corp. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Bauer Spezialtiefbau GmbH in 1992. Bauer is a foundation contractor, designer and builder of foundation equipment.

Success Group International (SGI) supports the four contractor affinity groups: Plumbers' Success International, AirTime 500, Electricians' Success International and Roofers' Success International as well as The Success Academy, SGI's outstanding training organization.
