A new neighborhood pub has made its way to Hyde Park Village in South Tampa.
Located at 1611 W. Swann Ave.,
Irish 31 Pub House & Eatery is resetting the standard for Irish pubs in the Tampa Bay region, combining great food, drinks, entertainment and atmosphere; the 1,600-square-foot space even offers great outdoor seating in the form of an additional 800-square-foot patio.
“My wife and I wanted to combine all of these aspects into one brand,” says owner Jay Mize. “We consider Irish 31 to be the 'people's pub,' exploring every way possible to ensure what the people want is what we have.”
From the food menu to the beer and wine selection to live entertainment to selecting what televised games are broadcast throughout the pub, the Mizes are keen on knowing and listening to what customers want. The result? An upscale, fun, classy product that fits perfectly in the
Hyde Park demographic.
“Our target market is young professionals all the way to empty nesters -- what Hyde Park consists of,” says Mize. “In today's world, there are a lot of reasons to be stressed out and we want to be an escape, representing everything good in life for people to enjoy.”
