Bradenton Virtual Offices Keep Businesses Going

Bradenton virtual office facility ComCenters has just added a third location in which to continue to serve small local and visiting businesses that need to establish a presence in the Manatee area but are not ready to invest in commercial real estate.

"We're kind of a business incubator," explains Vina Fischer, a consultant with ComCenters Bradenton. "We accommodate businesses in the current economy. If they need to contract a little, we can help keep them going until they're ready to expand again. "

Founded by real estate developer Bernie Croghan, ComCenters offers services such as live telephone answering and administrative services as well as facilities for mediation, meetings and conferences. Each location is fully furnished with the latest technology. T-1 Internet service is available as well as WiFi.

"Each location has its own personality," says Fischer. "The Lakewood Ranch office has an art gallery along one whole wall and pieces are changed out every month by a curator. It's the most beautiful collection of art I've ever seen. Our SR 70 location is populated by residences, which is a great place for businesses who serve homeowners." Fischer explains that because the new location is located near the judicial district, it is an ideal solution for independent legal professionals who prefer to operate with little to no overhead.

"For $175 a month our clients get four hours in one of our meeting spaces and 40 hours of phone answering service that forwards calls wherever the business and its people happen to be. They also get our mailbox service. Or they can do it a la carte.

"We just want businesses to know there is an alternative to commercial property out there."
