Photo Slideshow: PedalPub, St. Petersburg

Can you work off the belly without giving up the beer? Maybe. Try exploring downtown St. Pete atop PedalPub, a moving tap powered by your own two feet and a round of beer. Shots, anyone?

What carries 17 people, has 20 pedals and a speaker system to play your own mix of music? The PedalPub in St. Pete, of course.

The bicycle built for 16 plus a pilot debuted in January and has had a warm reception by patrons who can either have a private party or join in on an open ride through downtown, says Krista Bertelson, PedalPub manager and operator.

See this photo slideshow by 83 Degrees Managing Photographer Julie Busch Branaman on a ride with a group of work buddies who pedal their way around town on a bar crawl, er, bar roll, as they say goodbye to the work week and hello to the weekend.
