PRC, a call center firm that opened in Tampa in 2005, is adding 110
positions to more than double the size of its staff.
The
positions will allow
PRC to expand its Fortune
100 technology operations, which provide inbound and outbound
conferences about web-based and search engine
advertising campaigns.
PRC, in business for over 25
years, provides business-to-business and
business-to-consumer management solutions with offices all over the
world.
PRC helps companies obtain,
cultivate and sustain customer relationships so that the companies can
make a satisfactory return for their customers' investment.
The firm was the top medalist winner in the 16th Annual MVP Quality
Awards by
Customer Interaction Solutions. They also were recognized as a top
global provider of outsourced contact management services by
ContactCenterWord.com earlier this year.
PRC also has a charity
division called
PRC Community
Care. Through this program, the company and its employees have
donated over $500,000 to local community groups and organizations in the
past five years.
In Tampa, PRC employees have donated
thousands of dollars to local charities, including a recent $900
donation to Children's Miracle Network for All Children's Hospital in
St. Petersbur.
