Though many know it as an epicenter of new condo development, the Tampa Bay region has a rich and colorful history. Along with this history comes a great number of historic buildings. While some have fallen into disrepair, others, like downtown St. Petersburg's Williams and Snell Houses, have become symbols of neighborhood revival.
