The nomination process of the 2011 James Beard Foundation Awards has begun, and a local favorite is among the prestigious list.
The Refinery, owned by Chef Greg and Michelle Baker, is a semifinalist for Best New Restaurant.
A final list of nominees will be announced March 21 via live tweeting, followed by the official award in May.
