A Hillsborough Community College student was awarded a spot on
USA TODAY's 2010 All-USA Community College Academic Team. Nineteen-year-old Ralph Jacobi was one of 20 students honored for their academic achievements and involvement in their community.
Phi Theta Kappa, an international honor society for community colleges, administers the selection process for the annual list. Jacobi provides free math and science tutoring to fellow Phi Theta Kappa students at HCC.
