Sarasota's New College of Florida was recently ranked #3 on a list of the Best Value Public Colleges in America.
The list, compiled by the
Princeton Review and
USA Today, has included New College in its top three public schools for four consecutive years.
Schools are chosen based on the quality of the education as determined by academic scores, generous financial aid awards and cost of attendance, according to the
Princeton Review.
The University of Florida (ranked #7), The University of North Florida, Florida State University and the University of Central Florida were also included on the list.
