A recent study, the Global Metro Monitor, revealed Tampa's economic performance is leading Florida toward economic recovery.
The study, by the Brookings Institution and the London School of Economics, ranked 150 global metropolitan areas and placed Tampa at #74, ahead of Miami at #78 and Orlando at #85.
