Pinellas County is leading the state of Florida in Incumbent Worker Training grants for the sixth year in a row.
The purpose of IWT is to provide training to workers to maintain their competitiveness in a global economy and to encourage growth within the company. The program has trained 2,100 employees in more than 30 Pinellas companies this year.
