The federal government recently released the first portions of funding for revitalizing the country's transportation system, according to the official blog of the the U.S Secretary of Transportation.
Florida received the largest amount of funding -- $66.6 million to support preliminary engineering of the Tampa-Orlando High Speed Rail.
