Dynamix Mechanical, a full service contractor in Tampa that provides HVAC and plumbing services, plans to add 20 more jobs for skilled workers over the next six months.
"We are hiring estimators, project managers, superintendents, sheet metal workers, pipefitters, plumbers, HVAC technicians, delivery people and laborers,'' says Janet Leiser of Dynamix. "Finding skilled employees is one of our firm’s biggest challenges, especially since our sales will nearly triple this year over last.''
The company, which was founded in 2007 by Janet's son, Chris Leiser, was recently recognized on Inc’s 500/5000 list. Dynamix was one of 10 Tampa Bay area companies to make the list. Leiser credits the many private and public sector projects the company is working on for its growth.
"Our customers include general contractors, building owners and commercial property managers,'' Janet Leiser says. "We have installed air conditioning systems in commercial buildings for daycare centers, office building and retail outlets. We provide preventative service and maintenance. We also work at VA hospitals and clinics from Ohio to Florida.''
Dynamix is also working on several projects at various military bases across the U.S., including MacDill, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, Fort Campbell in Tennessee and Fort Bragg in North Carolina, among many others.
The company currently employs 90 in offices in Dayton, OH and Clarksville, TN. Tampa is home to the company’s headquarters located at 5910 Benjamin Center Drive, Suite 120.
