Sara Burke of Clearwater and Robert Vann of Tampa are competing in the
Intercollegiate Sailing Association nationals held in Madison, Wisconsin
on Lake Mendota
Burke and Vann are part of the Navy's intercollegiate sailing team.
Burke serves as a skipper for the women's team and Vann is an A Division
skipper on the co-ed team.
