At the close of 2009, USA Today released its list of the top places to watch in the coming year. Nestled between hot spots Singapore and Iceland, Tampa held its own on the list.
USA Today included Tampa because of its many attractions – including a number of new ones. The Tampa Museum of Art, the Sesame Street Safari of Fun and the new children's museum, the paper says, give travelers even more reasons to visit the Tampa Bay region.
