Pinellas County's Job Corps Center Holds Career, Vendor Fair In St. Pete

Looking for a good job? A job fair featuring local employers will be held this week in St. Petersburg.

Pinellas County's Job Corps Center is hosting a Career and Vendor Fair on Thursday, Aug 12.

There will be two sessions. The first will start at 1:30 p.m. and the second will start at 5:30 p.m.

The fair, which is open to the public, will be located at the Job Corps Center at Fifth Ave. S. at 22nd St. S. in St. Petersburg.

Some of the positions that will be offered include an academic education supervisor, business community liaison, human resource specialist, social development manager and many more.

Applicants who are interested in these positions and learning about other available positions from Pinellas Job Corps and local vendors should bring their resume with them to the job fair.

Applicants can also apply online at ResCare's website.

Applications are also being accepted at the Job Corps Center between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Also on ResCare's website there are descriptions posted of the positions available.

Applicants can also learn about the services and goods the center will acquire by attending the job fair on Aug 12.
