A Mississippi tech company, Think Anew, opens its first Florida office in Tampa and is hiring 20 staffers for various jobs. Plus a new Florida Department of Transportation supplier, Superior Precast, locates in Dade City, creating 100 jobs. It is seeking to fill 27 by September.
