50 tech jobs coming to downtown St. Petersburg

Inside Sales Solutions, a technology company that provides technology firms with sales consulting, training, recruitment and lead generation services, has established its national headquarters in St. Petersburg. The announcement of the new headquarters was accompanied with news that the company is projected to create 50 new jobs over the next two years.

New single-family homes coming to East Tampa

13 new single-family homes are being built in East Tampa. The Beacon Homes will be constructed through the Florida Minority Impact Housing Fund (FMIHF), which was created by Neighborhood Lending Partners, a nonprofit multi-banking consortium that provides financing to developers of affordable housing and community revitalization. The Corporation to Develop Communities (CDC) of Tampa is also heavily involved in the project.
