Newest plan to give Historic Belleview Biltmore Hotel new life

History will be restored as JMC Communities renovates the lobby and surrounding rooms of the Belleview Biltmore Hotel and builds condos and carriage homes in the surrounding areas. The new community will be known as Belleview Inn & Place and will feature a 33-room boutique hotel, 104 luxury condos and 28 carriage homes. 

Tampa hotels plan to conserve millions of gallons of water by 2016

Hillsborough County is getting more eco-friendly thanks to the hotel and motel industry, which has pledged to conserve 5 million gallons of water, beginning in 2016, for the EPA’s WaterSense H2O Challenge.
