Young Inventors Compete In USF Young Innovators Contest At MOSI

The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that kids flocked to Tampa's Museum of Science and Industry to show off their inventions in a recent young innovators competition.

Inventions included a cup that can hold two beverages, a device to keep shoelaces from untying, and a pillow to keep sleepers cool at night. Inventors ranged from kindergartners to junior high students.

The event was sponsored by the University of South Florida. The judges' panel consisted of top researchers and innovators.
